Owner William Morley graduated from University of Oklahoma with a degree in business. He has 20 years experience in Industrial Sales, and 15 years experience in the microbial business. In that period of time he  has developed and patented a microbial  degreaser. MCE Technology also carries a line of microbial absorbents along with several cleaning products designed for the Tar & Asphalt industry.
